Fizzy East16 is located next to Canning Town Station which is served by both the Jubilee Line and DLR, for direct access to Canary Wharf, the City and the West End. And as you'd expect being so close to the station a whole heap of buses are on your doorstep taking across the capital.

Fizzy’s flagship building itself has a wide range of brand new studio, one, two and three bedroom flats. Whichever one you choose you’ll have a private balcony. Some have amazing views of London’s iconic skyline and the O2!
Whichever you pick, you’ll be sitting pretty above the heart of Canning Town: a vibrant, busy East London district.
With bags of character and lots of regeneration already under its belt – it’s well on the way to being ‘up’. It’s got history too: Rathbone Market (literally outside your door) is one of the oldest in the city, dating back to 1253.
The neighbourhood’s jam-packed with delis, independent eateries and intriguing stores. Lots of local businesses have also sprung up recently, including gyms, cafés, restaurants and new supermarkets (we’ve already partnered with some to give our residents special promotions).
It’s not all urban either – scenic Bow Creek and East India Dock Basin are less than six minutes on bike. And it’s that balance of bustle and peacefulness which has encouraged a diverse mix of City professionals, creatives and young families to join the friendly community.
